Incentive Programs

In July of 2010, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs.  These programs will provide incentive payments to eligible professionals, eligible hospitals (both PPS and critical access hospitals) as they adopt, implement, upgrade or demonstrate meaningful use of certified EHR technology.  The following is a list of some resources that should be of assistance in meeting the requirements of the programs and receiving the available funding.  If you have recommendations for additions to the resource list, please contact Jonathan Bennett (jonathanb@wsha.org) at (206) 577-1851.
